In the beautiful Kiotari beach resort, on the south coast of the Rhodes, island of Greece. It is close to one of the main attractions, the village of Lindos and to Prassonissi, a real surfer's paradise.
The Paraktio offers modern apartments and studios (for 4 and 2 persons) that are furnished and fully equipped with household utensils, air conditioning, satellite TV, in-house music channel, hairdryer, safety deposit box. All studios and apartments are equipped with domestic equipment, sheets and towels. All with panoramic sea view, just a few steps away from the beach. It is an excellent complex with beach apartments, studios.
The 2 persons studios have a small kitchen, WC with shower and a bedroom with access to a very spacious sea view veranda with trees.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons and have a kitchen, WC with shower, a living room with 2 sofa-beds. A wooden staircase leads to an open floor with a double bed. From their balconies you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
On the ground floor there is a small cafe that operates as a reception and information desk. Our guests can enjoy their breakfast or simply a refreshing beverage there. Furthermore, our guests may use our parking area free of charge.

Children up to 2 years is free of charge the baby cot, if need the client!
In order to make a reservation need 20% deposit. (Advance in the bank or If you prefer to pay by credit card).
Terms and Conditions:
If a reservation is cancelled 21 to 14 days before visitor (customer) arrival, will be charged 50% of the prepayment. Any potential expenses from (bank or credit carts) are charged to the client.
For cancellations 8 to 13 days before arrival will be charged 75% of the prepayment.
If a reservation is cancelled 7 days before arrival the clients will be charged all the prepayment.
