This truly unique studios offer the quality of their sophisticated design and a comfortable interior accommodating two people. Beautiful outdoor premises and an amazing location with panoramic sea view are certain to enhance the feeling of relaxation and leisure. Amongst the features: an outdoor lounge pergola, an outdoors sitting set (table+chairs) a very spacious sea-view terrace surrounded by trees and sundecks. What more does one need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday by the sea?
All studios they are equipped with domestic equipment, sheets, blankets and towels of bathroom and cleaned by us every 2 days.
- Bedrooms: 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2 + 1 Cot
- Bedroom: 1 Double Bed or 2 Single Beds
- Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom: Toilet, Bath with Shower, Shower Enclosure
- Kitchen: 2 ring stove, Kitchenette, fridge, freezer, coffee maker (Kettle), cooking utensils

Children up to 2 years is free of charge the baby cot, if need the client!
In order to make a reservation need 20% deposit. (Advance in the bank or If you prefer to pay by credit card).
Terms and Conditions:
If a reservation is cancelled 45 to 30 days before visitor (customer) arrival, will be charged 50% of the prepayment.
29 days before or shorter will be charged 100% of the prepayment. Any potential expenses from (bank or credit carts) are charged to the client.
